Four flowers. Four personalised journals. Which one will be yours?

More than a quiz result.

Your flower is just the beginning.

Once you complete the quiz, your personalised journal arrives in your inbox, a beautifully designed resource created entirely around your flower. Make yourself a cuppa, find a quiet spot, and enjoy a few unhurried moments with it. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to get right.

Your journal brings together:

🎴Botanical stories: the history, origins and symbolism of your flower, drawn from the literature of botany and floriography

💐Floristry: how your flower is used by florists, and what that creative lens might invite you to notice

🪷A Floral Pause: a gentle observation exercise, grounded in the principles of therapeutic horticulture and Attention Restoration Theory

📖Reflective prompts: quiet invitations to consider your own self-care, what feels sustainable, what you might genuinely enjoy, and what you may want to return to

It's yours to keep, explore at your own pace, and come back to whenever you like.

A different kind of self-care resource, for people who already know self-care matters.

You don't need to be convinced that looking after yourself as a clinician is important. You already know that.

What can be harder to find is something that feels personally meaningful, genuinely enjoyable and realistic enough to actually return to alongside the demands of clinical life.

This quiz and journal don't offer another list of things you should be doing. Instead, they offer flowers as a creative starting point, a way of exploring what might actually fit you. Your rhythms, your preferences, the way you naturally engage with your work and the world around you.

Simply notice what resonates. Leave what doesn't.

Simple. Reflective. Yours in 90 seconds.

Statice Journal
Queen Anne's Lace Journal
Zinnia Journal
Waratah Journal

Statice. Queen Anne's Lace. Zinnia. Waratah.

Four flowers. Four different reflective lenses on self-care.

Each journal explores different territory: the routines and structures that support us, the connections and experiences that restore us, the small steady practices that sustain us, and the ways we protect what we need to continue showing up.

I won't give their meanings away here. Take the quiz to discover which one is yours.

Why flowers?

I found my own way back to self-care through flowers. Floristry became something I genuinely enjoyed and wanted to return to, and it made me curious about a different question: what helps each of us find forms of self-care that genuinely work for us?

The flower quiz and journals grew from that curiosity, bringing together my worlds of psychology, floristry, therapeutic horticulture and reflective practice.

I hope these pages offer you more than an introduction to flowers, perhaps a quiet moment to slow down, become curious, and notice something you hadn't noticed before.
